- To deliver quality holistic care and treatment to the practice population.
- To work autonomously and make independent decisions, enabled by a collaborative and supportive working relationship with your senior clinical team and designated clinical supervisor.
- To demonstrate safe and effective clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment, diagnostic and management skills.
- You will be working clinically with acute illness and acute on the day presentations for a variety of primary care registered patients. This will encompass your professional scope of practice. Additionally, you will be working across all four pillars of Advanced Practice including Clinical, Education, Leadership & Management and Research.
- To assist in the provision of patient care working in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient-centered care.
- A Bacheloer's degree (or equilvalent)
- A Masters Level Qualification in a relevant specialist are area of Advanced Practice or
- Currently undertaking a Masters Level programme in First Contact Practice.
