Catering Supervisor

  • Key Responsibilities
- in consultation with the Head of 6th Form, be responsible for the preparation of weekly menus, catering for all students, in line with the food and drink policy
- to ensure that all students with allergies are catered for in compliance with our allergies policy as well as maintaining the correct documentation
- to maintain adequate storage of food in appropriate storage conditions
- to ensure the kitchen and all kitchen equipment is kept clean and tidy
- to observe high standards of food hygiene during the preparation, cooking and serving of all foods
- maintain food safety documentation daily to comply with food safety management procedures and food hygiene regulations
- to promote healthy eating with the students and staff
- to maintain high standards of personal hygiene and personal appearance in accordance with the school's hygiene policy


This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
