    Business Development Manager - Biological Agriculture (Biocontrol, Biopesticides, and Biofertilizer)

    We are leading providers of sustainable and innovative solutions in biocontrol, biopesticides, and biofertilisers for the agriculture, horticulture, forestry, and turf sports/amenity sectors.

    We aim to promote environmental and human health through effective plant health management.

    We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of sustainable agriculture.

    As our Business Development Manager, you will drive business development initiatives for our range of biocontrol, biostimulants, and biofertilisers across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, North America, Canada, LATAM, and the Middle East.

    You will support sales teams, collaborate with distributors, manage project lifecycles, and engage with customers.

    This role offers flexibility with a combination of office and remote work and the opportunity to work with a team of innovative and passionate professionals.

    As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:


    • Collaborating with the Commercial Director to support existing business and identify new opportunities.
    • Developing and executing successful sales processes utilizing CRM, AI, and email marketing.
    • A postgraduate/master 's degree in business/marketing or a relevant field.
    • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing, including AI.
    • Excellent project management, planning, and organisation skills.
    • Willingness to travel regularly.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Knowledge of field trials and efficacy testing.
