Recruit4staff are proud to represent their client, an established training business in their search for a Business Development Manager to work in a hybrid role from their offices in Swansea.

For the successful Business Development Manager our client is offering:

Monday to Friday 8.Permanent

The role - Business Development Manager:

Plan and execute training strategies for corporate business
Ensure an executive post-sales account management service
Liaise with procurement and senior management for ongoing business and training schedules across the business
Travel to Helsinki / Finland region for servicing clients (approximately once a month)
What our client is looking for in a
Business Development Manager:
5 years business development experience at executive / c-suite level - ESSENTIAL
Flexibility to travel, at least once a month
Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager,
