    Description

    As a Senior RNG Games Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the RNG content strategy for our global operations.

    You will collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver top-quality RNG content tailored to diverse market needs.

    Reporting to the Global Head of RNG Games, you will be part of the RNG Games team, and you will be responsible for overseeing and driving process optimisations, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

    This position requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance our RNG offerings and maintain our competitive edge.

    What you will do
    Partner with the Global Head of RNG Games to formulate and implement an effective RNG content strategy.
    Collaborate with suppliers and local commercial teams to customize content for specific markets.

    Coordinate with the RNG Operations Manager and the Delivery team to ensure the seamless execution of the content roadmap.

    Oversee the collation and analysis of new game releases from diverse suppliers, presenting seasoned recommendations to the Global Head.

    Lead efforts to streamline and automate the content selection process, facilitating the integration of new brands, the closure of strategic gaps, the launch of new providers, and the expansion into new markets and front-end applications.

    Who you are
    Proven experience in RNG games management, content strategy development, and supplier management within the gaming industry.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects and inspire cross-functional teams.
    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences in the gaming sector.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the gaming industry.
