    This could be your next role in BT Security: Senior Security Consultant (PCI)


    We're looking for people who can lead by example, who want to be part of the team that maintains an 100% compliance record and want to continuously add to their professional development.

    This role can be based in Birmingham, Bristol, Ipswich, London or Manchester and follows our hybrid working pattern. Be a key supporter in the ISSCA (Industry Security Standards Certification Assurance) team to maintain our PCI compliance, as well as working with other frameworks (such as ISO

    Assist on customer contracts where we have compliance obligations, so our sales teams can make the most informed risk decisions.

    Speak up when you see training opportunities that could strengthen our compliance posture.
    Assist with scoping and scheduling assessments, as well as the ad-hoc audits across BT Group.
    Have a cloud certification like AWS.

    Be experienced with Cloud, Virtualisation, Network Firewalls, Mobile Applications, Web Application Firewalls, Antivirus Solutions, Data Loss Prevention products, encryption technologies and software development life cycles.

    You're comfortable completing assessments and reviews- like gap assessments and risk assessments - and working to a framework.

    You're familiar with enterprise, hybrid and cloud environments, as well as a variety of technologies (such as, but not limited to, virtualisation, network firewalls, and anti-virus solutions).

    Have explained web and/or mobile application security to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    Understand current application development and management methods and solutions, like DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, etc.

    Know how to read a fundamental programming language like JavaScript or Python, or be familiar with APIs and SDKs.
