- Conducting user research including interviews, surveys, and testing, to assess product value
- Reviewing product analytics and BI data to assess product health and viability
- Ideation facilitation with design, engineering and business colleagues
- Influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Finding product-market fit for a new product or feature
- Working on a full-stack team including design and engineering
- Conducting agile rituals
- Initial 30-60 minute interview to discuss the role, your experience, what you're looking for, and your background
- A 60 minute case study interview where we will provide you (beforehand) with a product challenge and ask you to present back to us how you'd solve it
- A 30-45 minute cultural fit interview and a visit to our Glasgow office, to meet members of the team and peers, and get a feel for the company.

Role & responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our new Resident App.
An MVP of the app was successfully piloted earlier this year and we are looking to rapidly iterate it and expand it. With a dedicated full stack product team (product design, front-end and back-end engineering) and working closely with business colleagues in customer success, marketing and sales, we are looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments to lead the Resident App. You will be responsible for driving the app forward.
