    Keen to take your Private Sector Housing career to the next level?I am working closely with a Local Authority based in Surrey who are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Manager.

    This local authority is known for its unrivalled access to the great outdoors, whilst being an easy commute away from London, so you really get the best of both worldsYou'll be managing one other Private Sector Housing Officer and one Admin Officer.

    Keen to take on the challenge? You'll need to have experience in:

    HMO Licensing and InspectionsPrevious managerial or Team Leader experience Want some security? This role will be a 6 month initial contract but could go up to a year if you're getting on wellAnd if you want to work mostly remote, then you're in luck.

    This council are only asking for office presence to be 1-2 days a week, and are open to someone working a condensed 3-4 days a week.

    The role is a competitive rate which I would be more than happy to disclose if you are keen on hearing more about the position.
