    Description

    An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home service based in Edinburgh, Scotland area.

    You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
    This care home offer all types of care, including residential care, nursing care and nursing dementia care for people who need help with daily tasks

    To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
    Achieve the highest possible standards of care and enhance the resident experience, ensuring that all company policies, regulations, Codes of Conduct and care plans are adhered to
    Work with the Home Manager to implement care home policies around standards care, staff welfare and training and develop an excellent reputation
    Develop personal contact with residents, their relatives and visitors to enhance the residents quality of life
    Deputise in the overall management of the care home including production of reports, budgets & Quality of Life monitoring
    Take responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of yourself and others, including colleagues, residents and visitor to the Home and alerting the officers responsible to any hazards or potential risks to health and safety
    Ensure you are the team attend training days and courses to ensure learning records are maintained and individuals are developed
    Experience of delivering nursing care within elderly health care sector
    Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes

    The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £23.36 per hour and the annual salary is up to £48,588.This exciting position is a Full Time role up to 40 hours a week working on Day Shifts only.
