    Job title: Organisational Development Advisor

    Company: CLCH Academy

    The Organisational Development Advisor plays a crucial role at CLCH Academy by offering professional and specialized services in organisational development and leadership to CLCH. The focus is on providing leadership, management, and team effectiveness training to help staff realize their full potential.

    Responsibilities include delivering virtual and classroom teaching, supporting staff and teams through action learning, team facilitation, and developing action plans for organisational projects.

    We seek an individual with extensive experience in managing OD and leadership programs in complex organizations, possessing advanced facilitation skills. The role involves close collaboration with the wider Academy team and key stakeholders to drive OD and leadership initiatives and foster cultural change within the Trust.

    Job responsibilities:

    Contribute to the development, implementation, and delivery of leadership and management programs, informed by staff feedback and relevant intelligence.

    Develop and deliver non-clinical skills training, action plans for OD and leadership, and collaborate with divisions to provide expert advice on organizational development needs.

    Plan and execute OD interventions, culture development activities, and provide team effectiveness support.

    Facilitate large group events, team development, staff engagement, and represent the Academy at national meetings.

    Work closely with HR and communications teams to drive organizational development initiatives.

    Person Specification:

    Education/Qualification:

    Essential:

    • Degree in relevant field
    • Chartered Member of CIPD or working towards it
    • Evidence of continuous professional development

    Desirable:

    • Personality and team assessment certification
    • Formal coaching qualification
