Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Band 6 Senior Practitioner (RMN/OT/Social Worker) to join the CAMHS ADHD Community Team in Kendal, Cumbria to join them on a contract basis.
The role will complement our existing ADHD pathway team of a Senior Practitioner and an assistant practitioner, an element of the role will be to support with supplementary prescribing.
Car driver essential as is willingness to travel between our Barrow and Kendal base as required.(This is a 3-6 month contract with potential extension opportunities)
Promote and improve the mental health and well-being of young people, their families and carers.
Perform skilled assessments and therapeutic interventions to young people, their families and carers.
Support robust partnership working arrangements between the CAMHS and Adult Mental Health services
Provide a high level of generic skills and competencies and work towards development of areas of clinical expertise within the field of ADHD complimenting other members of the team
*This is a Full-Time position - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm* 00 per hour (depending on experience)
We also have other positions within mental health in the area that are waiting to be filled. The applicant must be qualified with the NMC to be considered for the position Seniority level
