    Sales Executive
    30,000- 40,000 Per Annum + Uncapped commission Scheme
    Northampton
    Hybrid, Flexible working


    The Role:
    The ideal candidate needs to have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They must be a confident, sales-focused individual and be proactive in self-generating leads.
    Responsibilities
    To Build Strong relationships with prospective clients.

    To Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients to profile and qualify the prospect, using your knowledge of the solutions on offer.

    Visit potential customers and prepare proposals for presentation to the client.
    Manage sales pipeline - build & maintain a steady growth of new customers.
    Pro-actively contact customers to ensure that we are satisfying the needs of the customer and with the intention of developing further business opportunities (up/cross-sell)
    Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
    Qualifications
    Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
    Demonstrated sales success.
    Ideally, experience in logistics (parcel delivery) sales.
    Driven to succeed in the workplace and a keen learner.
    Passionate about sales and customer service
    Strong negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills
    CRM experience is preferred.
    Must hold a valid clean UK driving license.
