    Description
    Our client an FE Institute based in the Midlands are seeking a full-time MIS Manager. You'll oversee the Management Information Systems & Funding Teams. Ensuring the integrity of the data, generating reports & facilitating system integration to enhance productivity across the institute.

    Role Type:
    Permanent, Full-time (Onsite)

    To apply complex funding and performance regulations and interpret, analyse and present information, in order to optimise funding and performance data in line with current guidance and regulations.

    To manage the completeness and accuracy of data using institute software.

    In addition to work with stakeholders to reconcile apprenticeship funding claims with the apprenticeship service and support the clearing of data discrepancies.

    Have an understanding of data protection and the associated regulations to support the Head of MIS, Funding and Compliance and Director of MIS and Data as required.

    Assist the Head of MIS, Funding and Compliance with external funding audits and in dealing with audit data and funding queries.

    Experience of managing a team of staff in relation to funding, data and organisational business processes such as enrolment.

    Knowledge of quality assurance, funding and audit practice and requirements.
    Experience working in a high-volume data environment.
    Experience of database administration.
    Experience of further education funding methodologies and compliance.
