    Description


    Account Director-Advertising- FMCG- 55K3 days a week in their Central London office55kThe role of Account Director is to join their ever expanding team for one of their largest fmcg clients.

    As an Account Director at this agency, you will play an integral part by representing thecompany through faultless account management and client services.

    Working as a team leader for Account Managers, you will be responsible forensuring major clients receive the best service for all projects.

    You will lead the day to day tasks of assigned client's business, whilst looking ahead toplan resource and identify opportunities of future growth and where to add value.

    You will have the ability to evaluate and adapt to changing situations and be agile withresponses, with the ability to have difficult conversations without escalation and withconstant levels of professionalism.

    The role will see you work within the creative project management team and forge arelationship with your peers, ensuring you all work together to enable thoroughunderstanding of procedures and processes.


    Duties and Responsibilities of Account Director:

    Managing of account P&L across projects that are being run by the whole teamProduction of Cost Estimates and POs for clients and suppliers.

    Regular email communication to clients, ensuring they are kept informed at alltimes throughout the project.

    Monitoring performance of team members and running regular reviews for theirdevelopmentDevelopment of the team helping them to grow, learn and improveOverseeing process within the team and evaluating ways of workingClient relationship development, developing strong ties with key clientstakeholders in the accounts that you direct and ensure that the agency isdelivering against their goals and objectives.

    Production of client presentation documents throughout various stages of theprojects and ability to present these to clients in person or via video callInstallations and Fit-Outs:

    Attending installations for large scale projects, both in the UK, Europe and ROW.Acting as Site Project Manager when on site, representing the company at alltimes and ensuring Health & Safety procedures are being followed and being onhand to ensure all is going to plan.

    Preparing neat, thorough and clear presentations for the client following asuccessful installation.


    As Account Director:
    Experienced within an advertising agency, working on TV and integrated led project/account management role.
    Have significant client-facing experience with the ability to constantly engage withclients and suppliers, being extremely personable throughout.

    Have proven record of successfully leading profitable projects with high profile clientsA strong proven ability to grow and expand both new and existing business.

    Engaging and nurturing managerial skills and be a confident team leaderIdeally have design and build knowledge, understanding of materials and technicaldrawings.

    Have a passion for branding and retail environments with an understanding of theconsumer experience.

    Be creatively minded, being a person who loves to bring ideas to the table, showingwillingness to input and add value wherever possible.
