Description
As a Commercial Sales Manager in our Finance and Commercial team, you'll be working closely with our Sales and Tendering team handling all commercial and financial topics throughout the whole sales/bid process and would be responsible for the preparation and negotiation of the commercial and financial terms and conditions with the Customer.
Experience in analysing and handling risks (FX, inflation, supply chain, securities etc) and presenting these to Senior Management as part of the bid approval process~ Previous experience of working within a financial/commercial team in a major project environment.
~ Experienced in / with international projects and intercultural teams.
Responsible for all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition such as contract analysis, cost and margin analysis, cashflow projection, securities, currency/hedging, defining risk and opportunities, Bonds, terms of payment, credit rating, compliance etc.
Support to design and implement the commercial offer strategy for each bid.Define the Business Model based on business, customer and tax regulations.
Relationship management with external project partners and internal functions
Prepare, present & gain commercial sales/bid process approvals and respective quality gates
Participate in negotiation of commercial customer T&Cs and consortium contracts within the applicable guidelines
Ensure complete and timely handover to the project execution to ensure timely Order Booking and accurate Order Entry Calculation
Support optimization of sales/bid processes based on lessons learned
