    Description
    Make your mark as Senior Subcontracts Specialist for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen.

    Working as part of the Subcontracts team, you will actively manage the planning, sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, administration and performance management of the subcontracts required for assigned projects.

    You will also provide support and guidance to Subcontract Specialists and Graduates.
    Providing first tier supervision, support and guidance to Subcontracts Specialists and Graduates including peer review of internal and external contract documentation
    Advising project and tender teams on sourcing and procurement strategies
    Undertaking commercial/contractual evaluations
    Ensuring compliance with internal subcontracting policies, processes and procedures
    Your Qualities
    Degree qualification in Law, Business or Quantity Surveying
    Relevant experience gained in a subsea/oil and gas contract/subcontract environment
    Experience of Supplier Performance Management, LOGIC contracting principles and ERP Systems
    Strong commercial experience, including creation and review of commercial bid evaluations.
    Ability to confidently negotiate contractual/commercial terms
    Effective written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English language

    Full/part- time job: The position of Senior Subcontracts Specialist is full time, 35 hours per week.
