- Actively monitor and update our online portal, with all relevant daily activities.
- Review Health and Safety Plans / RAMS, Documentation in line with our Arrangements for Health and Safety and agree with Contract Managers prior to works commencing. Improve on site communication with operatives, contract managers, and client.
- Conduct positive dialogue with customer teams keeping them fully appraised of project progress, events, and their significance.
- Drive production on site to achieve the project programme of works.
