- Respond to IT support requests from staff and customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and update IT equipment and software.
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to use IT tools and applications.
- Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, backups, etc.
- Document IT procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with other IT staff and external vendors as needed.
- Keep up to date with IT trends and developments.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- At least one year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Knowledge of MS Windows operating system, Microsoft Office.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues and provide solutions.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
