    YLD is a software engineering and design consultancy; we create digital capabilities for our clients that last beyond our engagement.

    As a Product Manager consultant, you'll be a part of a client team building innovative products.

    You and your team will move in a fast-paced engineering environment, define product strategies, achieving outstanding results and delivering exciting projects.

    A YLD Product Manager Consultant is highly skilled, exemplifies the highest standard in software engineering delivery, and enjoys sharing their knowledge and experience with others.

    Collaborate with Founders and Key Stakeholders on product vision, help set your team goals and guide the team to ensure product objectives are achieved;
    Facilitate and drive delivery and development processes using Agile methodologies and best practices;

    Optimise the best technical solutions to avoid over- and under-engineering problems, making sure that the Development effort focuses on the right areas.

    At least +5 years of Product Management experience
    Experience tracking and monitoring features' performance and functionality after launch to ensure continuous improvement and iterations;
    Driven by performance measurement, analytical, with strong business acumen;
    Focused on quality and will know what it means to ship high-quality code;
    A good communicator, both in writing and verbally. You'll be able to explain technical ideas and concepts in business-friendly language;
    A genuine believer in diversity, fairness, and including everyone.
