- Create and maintain a stimulating, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.
- Lead and manage the nursery team, including the effective management of rotas and ratios.
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Oversee the early years funding process and demonstrate effective budget management skills.
- Possess Level 4 or above childcare qualification.
- Hold Level 3 Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid certifications.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Experience in Early Years settings.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

The nursery is led by fully qualified staff who are experienced in making children feel safe, cared for and included.

About Us: Little Faces Nursery is part of HSDC, a leading Further Education college. Our nursery is graded as 'good' by Ofsted and operates from a purpose-built, 70-place setting with four engaging rooms and a stimulating outdoor environment.
Role Overview: As the Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing professional leadership and management to our dedicated team of practitioners. Your responsibilities will include effectively managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance.
