    Entry Level Teaching Assistant KR3 £21,293 FTE (Actual for 30hrs/39 weeks £14981)

    Teaching Assistant KR 4 £21389 FTE (Actual for 30hrs/39 weeks £15049)

    Senior Teaching Assistant KR5 £22595 FTE (Actual for 30hrs/39 weeks £15897)

    All plus SEN allowance of £1313 per annum

    Start: ASAP or September 2023

    There are opportunities to appoint Teaching Assistants in both the primary and secondary phases at the school. The posts offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced TA to join our dedicated and highly effective staff team.

    We have a new framework which enables teaching assistants to progress from KR3 to KR5 based on teaching assitant qualifications or equivalent. We will support you in your development on this learning journey if you require additional training to access the Senior Teaching Assistant range.

    The successful candidate will work supporting pupils with a range of behaviour and learning needs and will have a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience, a flexible approach to their work and an ability to embrace change.     The school places a high priority on professional and career development. All staff receive a full induction and support programme throughout the year to achieve their performance management targets.

    Candidates need to possess a minimum of GCSE grade C/4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
