    Elevate your career trajectory with a pivotal role in a high-profile � 5M Cat B commercial fit-out project in Reading.

    A premier Design & Build contractor, renowned for their impressive client base across London and the Southeast, seeks a Site Manager to play a crucial part in their dynamic team.

    As the linchpin of the project, the Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the fit-out, reporting directly to a visiting Project Manager.

    This position not only promises the satisfaction of overseeing a significant project to completion but also offers a clear path for progression.

    Upon successful delivery of the Reading project, the individual will have the choice to spearhead further projects within the West region or to take their expertise to the bustling construction landscape of London.

    The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in construction management, with a proven track record in commercial fit-outs.

    Exceptional leadership skills are paramount, as is the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and the wider project team to maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management, specifically within commercial fit-outs.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site operations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
    • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring project milestones are met within budget and on time.
    • Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work.
