    Description

    Job Description We are recruiting for a Project Manager, on a contract basis, to support the UK&I Integration Manager in driving the execution of entity rationalisation and other integration projects as required.

    This individual will act as a primary contact for key operational stakeholders in the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring they achieve the core objectives and timescales.

    Co-ordinate in-house functional teams and third-party professional services firms (consultancy and legal) in the delivery of specific workstreams of the programme
    Support the UK&I integration lead in establishing appropriate governance and assurance controls to facilitate decision-making, manage strategic risks and ensure business readiness for change
    Identify and escalate cross-functional risks, issues, and decisions that arise, facilitating their mitigation and resolution with the programme team and business stakeholders
    Identify, track and manage critical interdependencies across various workstreams including finance, tax, regulatory, operations and restructuring
    Chair project delivery groups and report progress to the relevant Steering Committee and Integration Management Office
    Solicit inputs from operational stakeholders to facilitate change management of the programme and retain pace of change alongside all other change efforts
    Codify the entity rationalisation process by documenting process and building out templates and tools to make it repeatable for subsequent acquisitions
    Deep knowledge of change management with exposure and understanding of business operating model re-engineering, including business and process analysis
    Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    3+ years of project management experience, with direct accountability for delivery of business transformation programmes

    PLEASE NOTE:
    We are looking for applicants with direct experience within Business Change project Management, not IT Project Management.


    Hours:
    Monday – Friday, 35 Hours
    Work Type: 12 Month Contract
    Bromsgrove / Birmingham Hybrid
