We have an exciting opportunity for a quality focused individual to join Cornerstone as a Quality Improvement Officeron a full-time, permanent basis.

    This role can be based in any of our main offices (Aberdeen, Dundee or Glasgow), or part of our hybrid working model.

    If opting for hybrid, we would need you to live within a reasonable commute of Aberdeen, Dundee or Glasgow.

    There will be occasions that we'll need you to travel to other Cornerstone branch locations (travel expenseswould be reimbursed as set out in Cornerstone's expense policy with travel reimbursed by HMRC legislation).

    Cornerstone is one of Scotland's largest charities with over 40 years' experience providing great care andsupport for adults and children with various support needs across Scotland.

    As an integral part of our Continuous Improvement team, you'll drive positive change across the organisation byproviding expert guidance and support on all quality improvement initiatives.

    You'll uphold all legal, regulatory requirements, and standards while promoting a culture of continuous learningwhilst driving innovation and improvement.

    We are looking for an individual to run FriendZ Space, our popular, online programme for adults with Down's syndrome,The ideal candidate would have experience in planning sessions, facilitating groups (in person and online) foryoung people and adults with learning disabilities.

    Glasgow Association for Mental Health is one of the principal providers of community mental health services inGreater Glasgow.

    We are commissioned by Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership to deliver aCompassionate Distress Response Service (CDRS) for people in distress who do not require a medical or clinicalintervention.

    We would like to recruit for our Out of Hours Pathway for Emergency Services, First Responders,the Mental Health Assessment Units etc.

    The OOHs service operates 7 days a week Monday through to Sunday 5pm-2am.
    The service operates from our GAMH Head Office- Glasgow by the Green.
    identifying coping strategies, self-management techniques and onward referral whereappropriate. Be confident and competent to apply risk assessment, safety planning, and escalation processeswhere appropriate. To achieve this,we positively welcome applicants from all sections of the community.     We are currently recruiting for support workers/playworkers to work in our Summer Holiday Hub service for childrenand young people with additional support needs based in Edinburgh.

    The role includes providing fun, meaningfulactivities such as baking, arts and crafts, games, sports, trips in the community and outdoor play to supportyoung people to have lots of fun

    We have a flexible approach to the shifts you work, working hours are between 8.30pm, Monday - Thursdayduring the School Summer Holidays in July and August.

    As a relief member of staff you can choose the shifts youwish to work

    You may be required to provide personal care for young people and must complete Child Protection and Emergency FirstAid training within your initial 6-month probationary period which will be provided by Capability Scotland.

    Ifyou are a qualified childcare practitioner (SVQ3/HNC Childcare qualification) this is extremely desirablehowever not essential, Capability Scotland will provide mandatory training and can support you to complete anSVQ level qualification in relation to the role
    To help you achieve this qualification, we offer fully funded SVQ – a qualification which isyours for life.
