Apply the latest systems and technologies in relation to the gas turbine package auxiliary equipment to enhance the performance and reliability of our products.
Provide a technical interface with internal departments, regional divisions, customers and suppliers, ensuring that the project upgrades are implemented within allocated budgets and timescales.
Fault Resolution:
Address and rectify issues in the field by analysing fault reports and implementing corrective actions.
Create and maintain Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using AutoCAD software.
Produce engineering documents such as design calculations, technical reports, risk assessments, performance graphs, and datasheets as the task demands.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline, accredited by the Engineering Council is required.
A fundamental understanding of fluid mechanics with practical experience in its application, with the ability to understand, interpret, and produce detailed engineering documentation.
Experience in SAP and MS Office Suite is required. The role demands the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within set timescales.The candidate will oversee and review the work of other team members, providing guidance and instruction as needed with the ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and lead complex tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with capability to troubleshoot complex engineering challenges independently.Personal Growth:
