    Job Description * Deep expertise in thermal management of electronic product design & development * To be responsible for Thermal design & analysis of defence & space products * Thermal modelling approaches developed & implemented in the software.

    * Strong proficiency in thermal simulation CFM tools, Flotherm, Flopack, IcePak, ProE Creo, Coolit, IDEAS ESC. * Responsible for validation of thermal modelling methodologies and formulation of new modelling approaches. * Good exposure to electro-mechanical packaging design & development for telecom, aerospace & defence products.
