    Description

    Area Sales / Business Development Manager

    Location: East and West Midlands

    Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per year

    Their projects include new builds, renovations, warehouses, offices, and medical centers. With a strong presence in both residential and commercial sectors, excellence is their priority.

    Job Description:

    • Establish and nurture client relationships in the East Midlands.
    • Develop networks in construction and renovation industries.
    • Create business plans for new opportunities.
    • Promote services, emphasize quality, and build client trust.
    • Collaborate with operations for smooth project execution.
    • Offer prework assessments and tailored solutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through aftercare.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in flooring, plastering, or dry lining.
    • Knowledge of the construction industry in the Midlands.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Proven record in sales or business development.

    Salary and Benefits:

    Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 annually, negotiable based on experience. Additional benefits may include a company car allowance.
