    With UK offices based in London & Manchester we are looking for a Product Manager to join our fantastic teams.

    Your responsibilities

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and product development.
    • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the priorities of the business.
    • Break down high-level requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Work closely with development teams and QA to ensure they have a clear understanding of what is required.
    • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
    • Ensure that the product being developed meets the business needs and delivers value.
    • Accept or reject work results at the end of each sprint.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and product outcomes.
    • Monitor product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

    Our requirements

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a product owner, product analyst, product manager or in a similar role in a product development environment.
    • Proven experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
    • Hands-on experience managing all stages of product development life-cycle.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • High sense of responsibility, individual initiative and accountability.
    • Experience working in global companies, servicing multiple regions.
