    The Role

    An exciting opportunity to lead the way in digital development and integration

    We are seeking a Development Team Lead to oversee the execution of development and integration activities within our NGP Digital team. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the delivery of digital products and services from design to deployment. As the Development Team Lead , you will ensure that our digital solutions meet business requirements, are delivered on time, within budget, and comply with all development standards. This role also involves supporting digital assets, including performing root cause analysis and ensuring service restoration.     Principal Accountabilities

    • Provide coaching and technical expertise in the development of digital assets.
    • Manage the build and overall implementation of digital services, ensuring compliance and meeting business needs.
    • Deliver effective updates and manage risks to oversee the progress of projects.
    • Offer technical leadership to developers, ensuring timely and budget-aligned digital solution delivery.
    • Work collaboratively to align and coordinate with relevant teams and uphold best practices.
    • Responsible for the technical execution of the product backlog and governance standards.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Vast experience in systems development, application analysis, and design, particularly in a cloud-first environment.
    • Robust knowledge of .NET and advanced understanding of asynchronous programming.
    • Expertise in Azure cloud platform and familiarity with CI/CD best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex topics for technical teams.
    • Significant experience in technology architecture with a track record of designing robust data solutions.
    • Strong understanding of security practices and data protection.
