    Default job background
    Description
At Capgemini Invent, we help our clients to embrace innovation and transformation to get the future they want.

By combining strategy, technology, data science, and creative design expertise with an inventive mindset, we partner with our clients to innovate and transform their business, helping them navigate today, while plotting a course for the future.

As the digital innovation, design and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, Capgemini Invent enables CxOs to envision and shape the future of their businesses.

Located in more than 36 offices and 37 creative studios around the world, it comprises a 10,000+ strong team of strategists, data scientists, product and experience designers, brand experts and technologists who develop new digital services, products, experiences and business models for sustainable growth.

Capgemini Invent is an integral part of Capgemini, a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.

With its strong 55-year heritage and deep industry expertise, Capgemini is trusted by its clients to address the entire breadth of their business needs, from strategy and design to operations, fuelled by the fast evolving and innovative world of cloud, data, AI, connectivity, software, digital engineering and platforms.

Our brand promise "Get The Future You Want" reflects our passion for people and technology and highlights the company's commitment to inclusion and sustainability.

An important aspect of 'Get the Future You Want' is to balance hybrid ways of working between your Capgemini office, home, and client location (where applicable).

We recognise that it is an imperative to create flexibility so you can enjoy an optimal work-life balance and feel empowered to achieve success.

In your role you will engage with a range of clients to shape and deliver sustainable business outcomes through a variety of programmes designed to help clients rapidly adapt to and navigate through complex Digital HR Transformations, leveraging the capabilities of ServiceNow.

Partnering with our clients across all industries, you will use your ServiceNow expertise to capture, analyse, and document business processes and requirements, and participate in designing solutions to address business requirements and improve people experience.

You will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve problems, provide hands on delivery, and create insightful fact-based findings and recommendations, identifying and delivering on-sell or new sales opportunities.

By enabling clients to succeed, you will help Capgemini Invent maintain its position as the market leader in Digital Transformation consulting.

No matter the project or customer, your work will have a meaningful impact on society, business, and people's lives.

You'll potentially work on a huge variety of projects (some larger than others), so you could gain lots of experience in a short amount of time.

As ServiceNow Business Analyst you will play a critical role in maximising the value of the ServiceNow platform within an organisation that aligns to the key business objectives and project requirements.

In a world of digital transformation, new service delivery models, and the new normal post the pandemic, organisations are facing major disruptions that require HR to help transform the way they think and act.

Our Employee Experience & HR teams' purpose is to help our clients rethink employee experience and establish the digital HR function powered by data whilst leveraging emerging technologies to deliver our client's shared vision.

We are looking for Senior Consultants who can take the lead in shaping and delivering some of the most exciting HR Transformations in the market and co-creating a market-leading HR practice - evolving our ServiceNow offerings, grow our internal capability and network across our business to generate demand.

Support ServiceNow strategic initiatives and drive business transformation for leading organizations across industries.

    • Engage in dynamic and challenging projects that will expand your expertise in ServiceNow architecture and consulting.
    • As a ServiceNow Business Analyst (Senior Consultant) in our Employee Experience & HR Team, you'll play a key role in driving forward the business growth, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their challenging business issues from strategy to execution.

Analyse current HR workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization using the ServiceNow platform.

    • Translate HR requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and compliance standards.
    • Design and support the configuration of ServiceNow HR modules, such as HR Service Delivery, Employee Service Centre, and Employee Lifecycle Events, to meet the unique needs of each client.
    • Provide guidance and expertise on HR technology trends, industry best practices, and ServiceNow platform capabilities to drive innovation and efficiency.
    • Foster strong relationships with HR teams, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant throughout the implementation lifecycle.
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing activities to enhance team capabilities and expertise in ServiceNow HR solutions.
    • At Capgemini we don't just believe in Diversity & Inclusion, we actively go out to making it a working reality. Driven by our core values and Active Inclusion Campaign, we build environments where you can bring you whole self to work.
We aim to build an environment where employees can enjoy a positive work-life balance.

Through our New Normal campaign, we are looking to embed hybrid working in all that we do and make flexible working arrangements the day-to-day reality for our people.
