The Company:
Our client is a major and rapidly expanding commercial fleet management company, who are looking to add to their team and bring on a Customer call advisor for their offices based in Loughborough.
The successful candidate will be part of a growing company who offer rewarding careers and a forward thinking, inclusive working environment.
The Candidate:
We are looking for an organised and proactive complaints call handler, with a customer service background, who can foster the ability to deal issues promptly and courteously.
Automotive maintenance experience preferred but not essential.
Customer service experience essential.
Proficient in Microsoft / Excel applications.
Maintains own level of competence.
Maintenance Controller Responsibilities:
The role includes but is not limited to:Answering the phones in a proficient mannerEmails responded to and up to date by end of the day.
Use of the appropriate party to attend breakdowns ensuring fix first time.
MOT and servicing bookingskeeping up to date with legislation and ensuring fleet are compliantLeasing with third party recovery providers and organising replacement transport.
