    Comex 2000 iscurrently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Team Manager tojoin our Infills PIA team inWolverhampton.

    Wecurrently have an exciting new position available to join ourInfills PIA team as a team manager. As a Team Manager for InfillsPIA you will manage and control the activities of your team whilstdelivering specific KPI targets. As a fieldbased manager you willbe expected to offer technical leadership with a responsibility forteamsuccess.

    Theimplementation and monitoring of agreed targets and objectives forthe team will be priority whilst also ensuring company policies arefollowed and the best possible service is delivered to theclient.

    Asa Team Manager your core responsibilities will be

    • Managingthe field activity of your team whilst ensuring Health &safety policies and procedures are always adheredto.
    • Workingto NRSWAGuidelines.
    • MonitorTeam performance and activity. This includes prepull works under 3Meter small digworks.
    • Implementationof new recruits/trainees into your team. Regularly assess traineeswithin your team through to sign off with VirginMedia.
    • Managingdaily completion rates ensuring customers and client are kept fullyupdated
    • Maintainour company image ensuring a good reputation is upheld at all timeswhen dealing with our clients and theircustomers.
    • Resolveany issues raised by the technicians within your team and escalateissues outside your remit whereappropriate.
    • Useyour own initiative and seize every opportunity to enhancecustomers overallexperience.
    • Ensureall complaints are promptly addressed with minimal customer andclient inconvenience and confirm satisfactory resolution on eachoccasion.


    What will you be doing? As a Team Manager, your coreresponsibilities will be Managing the field activity of your teamwhilst ensuring Health & safety policies and procedures arealways adhered to. Working to NRSWA Guidelines. Monitor Teamperformance and activity. This includes pre-pull works, under 3Meter small dig works. Implementation of new recruits/trainees intoyour team. Regularly assess trainees within your team through tosign off with Virgin Media. Managing daily completion rates,ensuring customers and client are kept fully updated Maintain ourcompany image, ensuring a good reputation is upheld at all times,when dealing with our clients and their customers. Resolve anyissues raised by the technicians within your team and escalateissues outside your remit where appropriate. Use your owninitiative and seize every opportunity to enhance customers overallexperience. Ensure all complaints are promptly addressed, withminimal customer and client inconvenience and confirm satisfactoryresolution on each occasion.
