    In this newly created role of Change Impact Analyst you will be instrumental in driving operational transformation and facilitating the achievement of strategic objectives.

    You will be a natural communication, as your effectively engage with Liaise with a variety of stakeholders to ensure change strategies are aligned to the business strategies and project visions.

    As a Change Impact Analyst you will use your business analytics skills to perform change impact analysis, identifying gaps and determine scope of change management - including strategy, resources, estimates and plans.

    Using Business Analysis (BA) tools and techniques to capture, clearly articulate and document the as-is business processes
    Act as operational impact lead in key projects/business changes
    Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to demonstrate understanding of business processes, proposed solutions and possible risks; Responsible for receiving, raising, analysing and issuing impact assessments, for scheduling and the general management of change implementation with minimum service impact/disruption to customers

    Whilst having experience within financial services would be of advantage, we are open to considering candidates with experience across other industries.
