    Job Description
    Looking for a passionate Business Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team to achieve sales and operational goals. Your role involves ensuring the team embodies the Balmain Beauty vision, excels in customer service, and exceeds targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide personalized luxury assistance and convey Balmain beauty values to customers.
    • Maximize sales opportunities as a Brand Ambassador.
    • Guide customers effectively with in-depth product knowledge.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Team for seamless customer transactions.
    • Support visual merchandising and inventory control.
    • Maintain customer relationships and capture details for CRM.
    • Stay updated on beauty trends through ongoing training.
    • Own your Balmain Beauty business performance within the store.
    • Uphold the brand's image and professionalism standards.

    Qualifications

    • Retail management experience, preferably in beauty or fast-paced retail.
    • Track record of meeting sales and customer service targets.
    • Leadership and team development skills.
    • Experience in event planning and execution.
    • Passion for beauty, fragrance, and makeup.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive learning attitude.
    • Flexibility in work hours and days.
    • Proof of Right to work in the country.
