- Offer guidance on tax advisory and governance matters to optimize our tax position and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address portfolio technical issues and provide strategic solutions to mitigate tax risks and enhance returns.
- Lead and support ad hoc tax projects to support the firm's strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Overview of outsourced compliance work for the firm's holding platform with responsibility for direct communication with HMRC or other tax authorities as required and creation of quarterly tax impact document package
- Technical tax background within the private equity / alternatives industry. Experience working across a broad variety of tax areas, including (but not limited to) M&A tax matters in a legal setting.

As a Tax Associate Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's success by providing expertise in tax structuring, advisory, governance matters, portfolio technical issues, and ad hoc projects.
You'll collaborate closely with their legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in all tax-related aspects of all their operations.
