    Financial Services Administrator - Belfast, United Kingdom - Honeycomb Jobs Limited

    Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with an established Financial Services Company, based in Belfast to secure a Financial Services Administrator for a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension


    Your Package/Benefits:
    Competitive base salary of £27,000 - £30,000 20 days holiday + Stat 8% employer pension contribution Free parking Opportunity for exams to be paid (if applicable)

    Day to day breakdown:

    Provide Administration support to the Financial Advisor Organising client files for meetings, preparation of valuations and product research Submission of new business applications, monitoring through to completion Accurate inputting onto systems.

    Maintaining and ensuring completeness of client files for compliance purposes Prepare draft suitability reports for clients Liaising with clients and professional bodies Managing/updating business pipeline and all client files Organising appointment diary and advisor meetings General Administration Duties Keeping up to date with knowledge of products and ongoing compliance and Anti-money laundering requirements Previous experience: have worked within a Financial Advisor practice for at least 1 year knowledge of investments or pensions or protection products To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Caoimhe at Honeycomb on .
