    Description
    Senior Director of Product - Hardware & DJ
    UK remote possible.
    For over 25 years, Native Instruments has been at the forefront of sonic innovation.

    Guided by our mission to inspire and enable creators to express themselves, we develop integrated audio hardware and software solutions for musicians, producers, engineers, and DJs of all genres and levels of experience.

    We are seeking an experienced product leader to lead the teams responsible for our hardware products – Kontrol, Maschine, and Traktor – and the desktop and on-device software that works with them.

    As the senior director of product management, you will spearhead the development and management of innovative hardware products


    Portfolio Management :
    Manage a different portfolio of products and product lines. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing projects based on business impact and available resources.
    Ensure the development of new products and features is on track and things ship on time. Manage escalations to senior leadership and with external stakeholders

    Product Lifecycle Management :

    Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, to end-of-life, including design, development, testing, rollout, in-market maintenance, and sunsetting.


    Financial Management :
    Develop and manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

    Experience :
    Minimum of 10 years in product management, with significant experience in hardware product and embedded/desktop software development


    Manufacturing Management :
    The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience successfully leading overseas manufacturing projects, inventory management, and forecasting. Experience with Original Design Manufacturing, Joint Design Manufacturing, and Contract Manufacturing projects highly desired.
    Strong technical background in hardware and embedded systems development, as well as desktop and mobile software.
