- 3+ years of category experience, with preference for own label exposure.
- Outstanding relationship-building and customer-facing abilities to sway various stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in data analysis, trend interpretation, and understanding shopper journeys, with a readiness to enhance skills in broader marketing.
