    Site Manager

    Location:
    Milton Keynes


    Salary:
    £65,000 per annum


    Venture Contracts are looking for a Site Manager for one of our clients a leading property development company,This position offers a competitive salary and the potential for a permanent role, along with standard benefits.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
    • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
    • Monitor progress, resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective measures as necessary to keep the project on track.
    • Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
    • Maintain accurate records, including daily activity logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
    • Manage site budgets and resources effectively to achieve project objectives within specified timelines and budget constraints.
    • Uphold company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in site management within the housebuilding sector, with a strong understanding of construction processes and practices.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams to deliver high-quality results.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving challenges.
    • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to take on temporary-to-permanent employment opportunities
