    LGBT Great careers, powered by The Ocean Partnership, supports the investment industry in building diverse high performing teams.

    As the Product Support Associate, you will assist to the design and delivery of product campaigns and product distribution initiatives within EMEA.

    Key Remits

    • Evaluate industry trends, competitive dynamics and highlight commercial opportunities to identity new product solutions
    • Tracking and reporting for campaign plans including sales activities and sales success metrics
    • Assist with the design and delivery of product campaigns and product distribution initiatives
    • Support with product innovation across the EMEA region
    • Work closely with local sales and relationship managers to develop in-country campaign strategies

    Experience

    • Degree educated or equivalent with experience gained within asset management ideally within product management or a client focussed remit
    • Knowledge of mutual funds, sales, index or alternative strategies would be a distinct advantage
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
    • Experience of Morningstar, Bloomberg or similar databases would be advantageous
    • Preference for multi-lingual candidate (German, French or Italian as second language)
