- Reporting to the Surveying Director, you'll carry out RICS Home Surveys (level 2 and 3, depending on experience) and valuations for private customers and lender clients
- As well as Home Surveys and Valuations, you'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in other areas e.g. Party Wall work, Leasehold enfranchisement, and drone surveys.
- FRICS/MRICS/AssocRICS qualification
- Experienced residential Surveyor with experience in level 2 (and ideally 3) surveys as well as valuation experience
- You'll be a real team player and have a passion for property and providing excellent customer service
- You'll have a focus on quality inspection and reporting
- My client are looking for someone who is a team player and who is keen to build their patch and generate leads
- The ideal candidate will be keen to continually develop their skills and come up with new and exciting ideas
