    Looking for a role within IT Governance, Risk and Compliance?

    We are seeking a Senior IT Governance Analyst to lead and ensure the effectiveness of Global IT processes and system controls, supporting clarity and fostering continuous improvement.

    The IT GRC team serves as the Line 1 Risk Defence team, providing support to IT service owners and leadership worldwide, while also collaborating with Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Global Security.

    In this role, you will contribute to enhancing the IT GRC framework and procedures to help maintain an effective control environment within IT and promote a culture focused on risk.

    • Perform risk assessments according to IT GRC plan and procedures, asking critical questions and analyzing residual risks
    • Offer project risk guidance, assist in implementing internal controls, and conduct ad-hoc risk analysis
    • Ensure quality management, conduct audits, and support improvement initiatives
    • Provide governance process guidance, develop policies, and enhance reporting systems

    Requirements include experience in IT audit, risk management, or IT GRC, familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, NIST, and exceptional communication skills. Relevant certifications are a plus, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is required.
