    Description
    We are we are working with a leading development and training organisation to find a LMS Manager.

    As the LMS Manager, you'll be the expert for our Learning Management System, ensuring its smooth operation and user-centric approach.

    You'll handle day-to-day administration, boost user engagement, and oversee technical projects, shaping our stakeholders' digital experience.

    Manage the day-to-day administration of the LMS, including tasks like user management and ensuring platform stability.
    Take the lead on technical projects and contribute to the ongoing development of the LMS platform.
    Aid in the maintenance and advancement of future integrations with the LMS.
    Enhance user engagement through insights gained from analytics and by implementing training initiatives.
    Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for the management of the LMS.
    Ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
    Collaborate on additional projects within the DDaT team as required.

    Experience in LMS administration and user management
    Excellent organizational skills, demonstrating strong planning abilities
    Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office
    Sound understanding of digital platform maintenance principles
    Capable of writing technical and procedural documentation
    Ability to analyse and interpret web analytics data
    Knowledgeable about GDPR and data protection principles
    Familiarity with digital development environments
    Dedication to organisational values and promotion of inclusivity.
