    Data and Exams Officer | Tower Hamlets
    Ribbons & Reeves are seeking to appoint a detail-oriented and highly operational individual to join a successful and hardworking team as a Data and Exams Officer based at a Secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This Data and Exams Officer role is an exciting opportunity, allowing you to be at the heart of supporting the students to create better futures.

    We're seeking a proactive Data and Exams Officer to spearhead the oversight and management of our SIMS and academy exams and data systems. Your mission as the Data and Exams Officer? To provide technical direction, invaluable advice, and leadership to ensure the data-related services ensure achieving the long-term strategic goals. Get ready to collaborate closely with department heads, the senior leadership team ensuring seamless examination entries, assessment procedures, and protocols across all key stages.

    As the Data and Exams Officer you'll be at the helm of organizing and coordinating examinations, assembling a team of invigilators, and managing the examinations budget.

    Data and Exams Officer Requirements:
    • Possess a track record of effectively communicating with students, faculty, and external collaborators.
    • School experience beneficial.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts, coupled with expertise in data security.
    • Possess a thorough comprehension of exam protocols, paper storage guidelines, and inspection procedures in accordance with rules and regulations.
    Data and Exams Officer Role
    • Salary: £33,000-£38,000
    • Contract Type: Full-Time – Term-time – Permanent
