- Coordination of bid workshops, meetings, method statement story boarding, reviews and business sign off.
- Leading the bid process working with the business sponsor to ensure bids are submitted in accordance with ITT instructions and achieve internal sign off from designated internal stakeholders.
- Project managing bids through distributing method statements to senior bid writers, executives, ensure story boards, win themes are understood and facilitate regular check-ins.

- Analysing and evaluating the challenges faced by the business and in turn implementing mitigation for potential risks and developing opportunities.
- Conducting and reviewing market research and analysis to create detailed business plans and exploring the benefits of AI and IM&T solutions.
- Ensuring the function operates in accordance with any health & safety and environmental policies, procedures, ISO standards and legislation to ensure the safety and well being of staff.
