    As a senior associate within platform operations, you will work as part of a team to complete multiple processes.

    Many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time. Chair morning huddles and team meetings.
    Understand key risks within the team and escalate appropriately when required.
    Take ownership of more senior job functions within the team.
    Drive succession planning within the team.
    Previous platform experience/Financial Services experience (Preferred)
    Proficient in MS suite of application including Excel/Word/Powerpoint (Preferred)
    People Focussed - Enjoy working closely with a team and have a passion for improving individual performance.
