    Description


    Morgan McKinley London are delighted to be partnering with a Tech start up business to recruit a Part Qualified Finance Analyst on a permanent basis.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses,
    and cash flow projections.
    Analyse financial data, trends, and variances to identify areas of improvement and opportunity.
    Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
    Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
    Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needsand provide analytical support for business initiatives.
    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliancewith regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by reconciling accounts and reviewing transactions.
    Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
    Monitor and control expenses against budget

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
    Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
    Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
    collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
