This individual reports to the Contracts& Compliance Manager supporting contractrelated activitiesincluding preparation and development of contractual agreements andcompliance documents. A liaison between crossfunction groupsincluding marketing finance business development supply chainengineering shipping and manufacturing to review draft andnegotiate customer and supplier contracts and implement complianceprogram procedures. This includes identifying and assisting in riskmanagement preparing and maintaining contractual documentationanalyzing contractual terms and conditions and supportingcontractual and compliance resolution of issues.
Conduct detailed analysis ofexisting/proposed regulation and industry practices and relatedcontract compliance requirements such as management of customer andgovernment property and export requirements (ITAR and EAR) anddevelop & implement processes to meet theserequirements.

Functions andResponsibilities

Support review of agreements such as nondisclosureagreements contract amendments and contract extensions includingreviews of terms and conditions.
Analyze and review contract requirements terms andconditions to review for compliance with appropriate lawsregulations and company processes and procedures.
Draft and support negotiations ofcontractual documents/agreements
Assist with contract compliance and support resolutionsof contract issues.
Review and develop responses for compliance documentsand act as liaison to troubleshoot customer compliancerelatedinquiries
Develop andadminister export compliance processes and procedures
Acts as a liaison with alldepartments to facilitate the contract life cycle from needidentification through drafting review negotiation and approval toexecution and performance to completion and closeout under companyprocesses and procedures
Supports policy process and guideline changes tomaintain compliance with business processes within legal andregulatory requirements and industry compliance programs; thisincludes ITAR and Trade Regulations
Research to support contract and compliancerequirements
Maintaincompliance records and administer customer and government propertymanagement procedures.
Perform special projects as needed
