    The Vehicle and System Testing department in Nissan has open positions within our vehicle customer requirements team and interior, exterior and body structure testing teams where we are looking for new industrial placement candidates who are passionate about engineering the next generations of our vehicles

    Working for the Global automotive company Nissan at its European R&D centre (NTCE) based near Milton Keynes and Cranfield University, you'll play a key role in our push towards electrification, resolving the challenges and opportunities this creates to enhance our customer experience of the whole vehicle.

    This scheme provides the opportunity to get hands on experience supporting the team of Engineers planning, testing, developing, and designing vehicles whilst working with colleagues from all over the world.

    Within the available roles you will have the opportunity to experience all aspects of the vehicle development process from setting targets based on the customer and market requirements, benchmarking, early phase planning, digital evaluation activities, physical testing activities, managing and reporting the status of the projects and quality and cost management.

    You will gain extensive knowledge and experience for returning to university in the development of automotive products and how to deliver the right features to the customer within the strictly defined project timing and at the right quality and cost.

    This is an interesting, challenging and rewarding scheme and this is the reason so many of our industrial placements return to us in Graduate roles, in fact many managers and senior leaders within the organisation started in Industrial placement roles, including the Vice President of Research & Development
    You're studying an Engineering or related subject.
    A good communicator, building and maintaining great working relationships is vital.
    Competitive salary at £21,587
    Hybrid Working Policy 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH.
