    Labour Hire is in search of an adept ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a reputable company in LEIGH.

    • Possess a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
    • A critical thinker willing to ask questions when needed.
    • Able to work swiftly and effectively.
    • Proficient in using MS Office and Google applications.
    • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
    • Adept at working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
    • Capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment and meeting deadlines.
    • Experience with Auto Cad/Wincan/HADDMS/OX19x is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided.

    About the role:
    • Office hours are from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, although a flexible approach is preferred.
    • Salary: £11.44 per hour.
    • Compiling/analyzing technical data and reporting to the Management Team.
    • Communicating with suppliers, assisting in resolving issues, and managing stock orders.
    • Ensuring quality systems and procedures are upheld.
    • Handling filing and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
    • Managing email correspondence and oversight.
    • Handling incoming calls and collaborating with various departments within the company.
    • Planning and assigning tasks to employees, prioritizing urgent matters, and tracking paperwork.
    • Generating reports with job updates to share with clients.
    • Adhering to deadlines by timely submission of paperwork and reports.
    • Reviewing live CCTV feed and processing footage via different client platforms.
    • Uploading/downloading CCTV footage from camera units and web portals.
    • Utilizing specialized software to generate Survey Reports.
    • Logging camera issues with the Operations Manager and monitoring maintenance/repair costs.
    • Parking facilities available.
    • Start Date: Depending on interview outcome.
